i miss it...

to be underwater is a different experience, one that can't be copied. so carefree, no worries whatsoever... just enjoying the scenery around you. all you can hear is you breathing through your mouth piece and you have all the time(not really, about 20 per session haha) in the world to appreciate the part of our world where only 10% has been explored and a few can experience. ahhh... i can't wait to do it in the philippines, i heard the waters there are beautiful.

just had one of the most amazing weekends so far this summer. july 4th was super fun with ate moni's family and then july 5th for my cousin nicole's bday. then july 6th to santa monica pier/promenade to hang out with cousins and friends. all of this with my boo.

thank you nicole's friends, you know who you are to make her birthday such a fantastic event. we've gotten so much closer after just a weekend and i hope we continue this. lets not forget to keep in touch with each other and thank you for caring about me so much. i love you guys!

so, looking back at old videos of the family... makes me appreciate everyone a lot more. we loved our cousins, we just didnt hang out with them. we loved our tita/o's so much in the past and i feel like we lost a lot along the way. we were all so close and we've drifted gradually. i miss it, i miss going out just to hang out and to get some fresh air. i miss being with everyone outside of the house and enjoying the world as a family. i love you guys soooooo much. i'm glad we're getting closer and closer, even tho its little by little. its better late than never.

it hurts to know things arent the same. especially when you fail yourself and especially when you fail others, ooh man it hurts when its someone you love too. you cant do much about it but pick yourself up, slap yourself and move on. life throws you so many damn curveballs(oh no, here comes a sports analogy)... and we keep swinging and swinging until we learn to stop and learn how to hit them. ok...so others might not understand that analogy, but heck... i do.

we should work with what we got. we ask to do better for ourselves for others... that was always my weakness, i hold myself at such a high pedastool, i forget how far the fall is. it's ok, i've learned. there will be times when i forget, times when things arent what it used to be... but really, its nice this way. it's like falling in love all over again, its starting over, mid-whatever is going on.
